Our Services

The Complete Coordinator Package
Starting at $2800

This includes full service from the beginning to end. We will have one three hour meeting in the beginning to establish a comprehensive budget, help you determine your wedding goals and help you decide on a date, time, color, style, theme (if not yet determined).

For the following months, we will recommend and arrange meetings with all vendors, negotiate contracts and check references, licenses, permits and insurance. We will meet again on-site at both the ceremony & reception locations to go over floor plans, design elements, review rules and regulations for each facility and discuss all details desired.

We will assist with orders for wedding invitations, wedding cake, tuxedo rentals, rental equipment, transportation, bridal registry, hairstylist, make-up artist, manicurist, masseuse, honeymoon reservations, provide resources for bridal, bridesmaids’ and attendant’s attire and make arrangements for out-of-town guests.

About two months before, we will prepare a schedule for all vendors, family and wedding party members which will be distributed about three weeks before. We will create seating arrangements, assist in writing a wedding announcement and send it to newspapers, assist in finalizing the wedding program, help finalize guest counts, coordinate the rehearsal, review all contracts and final balances due, confirm honeymoon arrangements, review duties with each wedding party member and coordinate all wedding day details.

Our attendance for up to twelve hours on the day of your wedding will supervise set up of all vendor services, keep all activities on schedule and insure that your wedding day will be completely serviced in every detail.

The Weddings Hostess Package
Starting at $1500

This package includes coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony and reception, making sure each event is running smoothly and that you, your wedding party, family and guests are relaxed and enjoying this special time. We will meet for three hours, about two months before the day approaches to go over all the details and we will review contracts and distribute final agendas to all vendors, family & wedding party members three weeks before.

An on-site inspection is conducted at both the ceremony & reception site (with or without the couple) and facility floor plans are created for all vendors involved. Our attendance for up to nine hours on the day of your wedding will supervise set up of all vendor services, keep all activities on schedule and insure that your wedding day will be completely serviced in every detail.

Bridal Consultation
Starting at $100

If you and your fiancé want to plan your own wedding and simply just need a little help along the way, we can provide you with assistance in any area.

Whether it be establishing a budget, customizing your timeline for the months to come, recommending vendors, answering questions on etiquette or simply planning your wedding day schedule, we can become your resource of valuable information, anytime you need it.

This fee may also apply for additional services not included in the Wedding Hostess Package or Complete Wedding Coordinator Package (add’l fees will be determined in initial proposal).

Prices are subject to change. For events outside of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, travel fees will apply based on location and length of services.

Your initial consultation with us is complimentary. This is usually a 60-minute introduction meeting where you share your expectations with us and we provide you with a complete overview of all the services we offer.
