The Wedding Hostess Package

This package includes coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony and reception, making sure each event is running smoothly and that you, your wedding party, family and guests are relaxed and enjoying this special time. We will meet for three hours, about two months before the day approaches to go over all the details and we will review contracts and distribute final agendas to all vendors, family & wedding party members three weeks before.

An on-site inspection is conducted at both the ceremony & reception site (with or without the couple) and facility floor plans are created for all vendors involved. Our attendance for up to nine hours on the day of your wedding will supervise set up of all vendor services, keep all activities on schedule and insure that your wedding day will be completely serviced in every detail.

Rest assured, you will have unlimited communication to us via telephone, text and email and we will return your message/inquiry within one business day (Monday through Friday).

Starting at $1500

Prices are subject to change. For events outside of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, travel fees will apply based on location and length of services. Your initial consultation with us is complimentary. This is usually a 60-minute introduction meeting where you share your expectations with us and we provide you with a complete overview of all the services we offer.
