Arrange for hotel room block(s)
Arrange for all rental items
Advise on design, wording & etiquette for save-the-dates, invitations and all paper goods and signage
Attend tasting to assist with reception menu, beverage selection & all caterer needs
Present a complete table design mock-up to ensure couple’s satisfaction
Arrange and conduct ceremony rehearsal
Assist in finding a rehearsal dinner location
Prepare a minute-by-minute timeline for wedding day
Communicate timing & logistics with parents & each member of wedding party
Prepare facility diagrams/floor plans
Discuss/confirm venue regulations/restrictions with all vendors
Review banquet event orders and provide guest counts to caterer & rentals
Gather all required certificates of insurance from vendors
Advise on obtaining a marriage license
Supervise set up of all vendor services on day of wedding
Keep all activities on schedule and running smoothly
Trouble-shoot and problem solve any issues
Oversee that vendors are providing services as contracted
Assist photographer in managing wedding party, families & guests for photos
Cue and line up wedding party and parents for ceremony and reception entrances
Work closely with musicians, DJ and/or emcee on cueing entrances, introductions, toasts, and any important activity
Distribute any vendor gratuities on your behalf
Gather all gifts, money envelopes and any personal belongings and make sure they are given to designated person
Post-wedding follow-up with vendors to make sure all services were provided per agreements and to couple’s satisfaction
Follow-up with venue representatives to assure compliance with clean-up expectations, rules and regulations, as well as collect anything let behind
